By using the Platform, you confirm that you are accessing our services from within Philippine territory. Use of VPN software, proxy servers, or other tools to conceal your true geographic location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law are expressly forbidden from using 8k866. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming activities complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration

To access gaming services on 8k866, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You agree to keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to 8k866 customer support immediately.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Philippine banking laws, 8k866 requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Ten Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱10,000.00). 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

8k866 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Unionbank. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor.

You acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used to fund your 8k866 account and that the funds deposited are obtained from legitimate sources. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name, or funds originating from unlawful sources, are strictly prohibited. 8k866 reserves the right to reverse any deposit, close your account, and report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your 8k866 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by 8k866 customer support. KYC-verified accounts are eligible for expedited withdrawal processing, with funds typically transferred to GCash or Maya accounts within five (5) minutes.

8k866 reserves the right to conduct security reviews on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to seventy-two (72) hours. Withdrawal requests may be declined if outstanding wagering requirements, bonus terms, or verification obligations have not been met. All decisions regarding withdrawal processing are final and at the sole discretion of 8k866 management.

3.3 Fees

8k866 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (e.g., GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond the control of the Platform. You are responsible for any fees assessed by your payment provider.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus funds.

5. Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play

All users of 8k866 are expected to engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game as published on the Platform. Use of bots, automated software, collusion with other players, exploitation of software bugs or errors, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creation of multiple accounts under the same or different identities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k866, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with 8k866 services is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of 8k866 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and the Platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

8k866 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any term or condition set forth in this Agreement
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated with your payment provider
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users or staff

Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification and compliance requirements.

12. Severability
